Can't fly or use commands in re-uploaded world

So I reloaded a save from the playstation cloud storage.

The save is from Editions (my 1st ever Minecraft world made in 2019) I updated it to the most recent Bedrock update. I created a copy of the world and changed it from survival to creative I have all building blocks but I can't fly or type cheat command's in the chat like Teleport to coordinates or change weather ect.
