Re-uploaded 1st mc world from ps cloud save made a copy to use creative but can't fly or use commands

So I reloaded a save from the playstation cloud storage.

The save is from Editions (my 1st ever Minecraft world made in 2019) I updated it to the most recent update. I created a copy of the world and changed it from survival to creative I have all building blocks but I can't fly or type cheat command's in the chat like TP change weather ect
