Minecraft getting stuck on red screen after displaying Mojang logo

Currently i am forcefully playing on 1.18.12 because of this issue, so i request someone to look into this issue, idk if this my own single issue but i still will be gratefull if someone helps me solve this

Environment

My pc specifications :

processor :- AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00 GHz
RAM :- 2gb
System type :- 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor
