[MCPE-102530] Windows 10: Can't open the game, red screen keeps flashing

When I open the game, the Mojang screen keeps flashing endlessly, preventing me from entering the game. I tried reinstalling, but this still happens every time. Happens on devices with Intel Integrated Graphics.
