BDS-15475Minecraft has not been loading
Hi, my child has been trying to log into minecraft on our amazon tablets and it is not loading. Whenever we try to log in it shows the red mojang screen, goes black for about 5-15 seconds, then kicks us back to the app screen/ homepage. We have tried wiping the tablets multiple times and resetting it to factory default. No improvement. We have tried this over the course of about 1 week. I have seen other reports about this issue saying it has been resolved, but we have seen no indicator that it has. Please Advise.
