Error number 2

I'm not sure if this is the right version to summit this ticket under. I was very confused, my apologies if its not.  However, i can not access my account on minecraft to play online, buy anything from the store or/and play realms. 

 

I play on the plsystation 4, and i recently downloaded the update and had two problems happen immediately. First, i was stuck on the loading red Mojang screen. Was not able to even access the game at all. (I reinstall &  it loaded afterwards) 2nd was this Error Number -2 which happened 2 or 3 days ago. I tried reading other tickets but couldn't find an answer or solution. Please help me resolve this so i can enjoy my game fully.
