Account Error Number -2

The problem has been going a long time now. The main issue is that every time i load minecraft on my switch i alwas have to manually log in into my microsoft account in order to play crossplatform with friends. This did not used to happen when i playd with my xbox, it's been a recent issue on switch for myself. Right know i have a message saying that there is an error with my account and must contact support. So i hope this is my chance to get this fixed, i appreciate and thank your for your time in consdieretation for fixing this issue.
