BDS-10869Character creator item “Soul Vampire Cloak” fire not appearing with a cape on.
When I was making a character in the Character Creator, I came across a weird bug where the soul fire on the shoulder pads of the “Soul Vampire Cloak” disappears when A cape is put on. I don’t think this should happen because it isn’t overlapping the fire so there should be no reason for it to disappear. This isn’t an urgent and absolutely game breaking bug but it’s still a bug. It’s seemingly on everything that uses the Character Creator.
