      "description": "When I was making a character in the Character Creator, I came across a weird bug where the soul fire on the shoulder pads of the \u201cSoul Vampire Cloak\u201d disappears when A cape is put on. I don\u2019t think this should happen because it isn\u2019t overlapping the fire so there should be no reason for it to disappear. This isn\u2019t an urgent and absolutely game breaking bug but it\u2019s still a bug. It\u2019s seemingly on everything that uses the Character Creator.",
