[BDS-10572] It cannot load

My minecraft is not loading at all, it loads for the loading screen but after that no options come up to choose I can hear if I press something and I was Abe to open up a world but it's was completely glitched please fix as soon as possible.

Hp laptop, 8 gb ram, 60 fps, 360 gb of available bites, rtx graphics card, sound card,
