Literally never snow; I've seen snow here twice in my life, and neither time did it even reach the ground before melting. Snow from the knees up, rain from the knees down.

The past few weeks here have been crazy. Warm and sunny one day, a bit of rain the next day, a fucking snowstorm the day after that.
Enjoy snow for three days and it starts raining again, everything melts, spring time! No wait, it's a snowstorm again.
