No, "Zeug" means "stuff", a drum kit is a "Schlagzeug", literally "hit stuff", a single drum would be a "Trommel" (and a plane is a "Flugzeug"). "Zug" does mean train, though literally it means "pull". "Bahn" means "track", or by extension "railroad" (it's short for "Eisenbahn" = "iron track").

Yeah the angles of that area make it hard to see that it's the belt. It definitely doesn't line up with the way Durotan is facing/angled. I actually always thought it was Durotan's knee like he was slightly crouched with his left leg up on something (sort of like captain morgan style) and the skull was kneecap armor. The shading on the tufts of fur sort of make them look like legs/thighs. But now that I've looked at it closer it doesn't really I guess.
