There are a couple deep blue states where political affiliation is a protected class you can't be fired for. Getting people fired for attending nazi rallies is just using what conservatives support against them.

If I understand you correctly, would that mean that you could not be fired for attending an actual nazi rally in these blue states? I can't really imagine them actually not firing that person, though, maybe using some other excuse.

I'm not sure how it works, but I think so. The employee would be able to take them to court if they suspect that was the reason.

Firing people for what they believe in is wrong! Workers should not be punished believing in higher wages, unions, and job security!

Mobile users dont count as view on a imgur image, some apps just basically blow up the thumbnail for image viewing.
