Add a command to replace all sponges with mossy cobblestone walls, but only in a 50 block radius of the nearest baby zombie pigman with slowness II

The aquatic update was cool and all, but I have a world with a lot of sponges, and I need to turn them into mossy cobblestone walls. Luckily there's a baby zombie pig man with slowness 2 and all the sponges are in a 50 block radius of him. So why can't I do a command for this scenario!? Mojang, step up your game.

Sadly due to the limitations of the fill command it has a radius of 30, but otherwise it is exactly as you asked for:

/execute as @e[type=minecraft:zombie_pigman,sort=nearest,nbt={IsBaby:1b,ActiveEffects:[{Id:2b,Amplifier:1b}]}] at @s run fill ~15 ~15 ~15 ~-15 ~-15 ~-15 minecraft:mossy_cobblestone_wall replace minecraft:sponge

That's the joke, the command exists, but the range limitation makes it unusable for the described purpose, so technically there isn't one single command that serves the purpose.
