Person left their apt window open, catto got over eager after seeing a birb, and fell out the window. It used its claws and cat reflexes to pull itself onto a ledge. Then it yowled until its owner found it. (Having happened twice last month alone, the owner was prepared, and grabbed his handy dandy cat catcher. /s)

Probably makes it easier to see what he's doing without having to lean way out of the window and risk falling 12 stories. He just has to watch the live feed from the GoPro.
