Cheers RPS! I should really start saving layers, but most of my work is done with GIMP so I'm not sure how useful tutorials would be. Basically I selected the dude and used light relief on him (plastic wrap filter in PS) and adjusted the colours. I then layered an ice texure over him, merged it and blended a bit with brushes, adjusted light/brightness/contrast to suit and hit him with a bit of dodge and burn. I pretty much suck at tutorials so I hope this helps somehow :)
