It's nostalgic, and I don't know why.

The most "Nostalgic" nostalgia post I have seen.

I still do this sometimes, if it's raining while I'm out driving in slow traffic.

I was always pulling for the underdog. (The one farthest from the bottom)

This is one of the few times that I seriously thought I was the only one that did this.

I always stare at drops connecting together. Especially when taking a long hot shower on a cold snowy morning.

When I was little, I'd sit in the front seat when my dad took the car in for car washes. When the air dryers came on, it'd blow droplets up the window, and I'd pretend they were little soldiers running maneuvers. :)

I'd get attached to some raindrops that used to take ages to finish and would collect raindrop friends on the way down.

This was the best part about a rainy day going to school in kindergarden.

oh shit I made up whole back stories about raindrops falling down windows.

usually on rainy days where I was sentenced to an hour of sitting in the living room without any toys or games.

This seems appropriate.

My sister and I used to pick a raindrop on our specific window in the car and race them to see which would reach the edge first. Fun times.

This one time... I spent at least a good hour just swirling this 2 liter bottle of Pepsi and just watching the bubbles form islands then gradually fading out of existences. I did this over and over for an hour. Pretty mesmerizing as an 8 year old.

It blew my mind when they would move on their own. My six year old brain couldn't handle it!

Then i would tap the glass when the droplets reach the bottom of the window like some arcade music game.

And then THEY'D JOIN HALF WAY THROUGH THE RACE.

I miss the days when I had nothing better to do than watch raindrops.

Once again, something i did as a child i find out everyone else did too. My neverendimg journey to kill any uniqueness i thought i had continues.. Haha

This isn't nostalgia.... this happens every time it rains, which depending on where you live can be quite often

The best is watching the ones on the side of an airliner race each other.
