Some streamers will say "____ andy" to describe someone - like if someone did alot of react content on stream sometimes people would call them a "react andy".
This came from a certain community that had a few people named Andy, so they started calling them based on traits like Mexican Andy, etc to distinguish them apart - the trend spread to larger twitch community
Dan played this alot so he just started calling things marty's, and NL acquiesced the lingo like many others he gets from dan.
