I'm legitimately curious, what is a fuse and relay in this case? Are there fuses in my car I can just yank out from the drivers seat?
Somewhere underneath your steering wheel there should be a fuse box with, well, fuses. Relays look like 1 or 2 inch cubes with plugs like extention cords that plug into the fuse box also. They allow a low amperage system to connect to a higher amperage system (like headlights to the current from your battery) without frying, and turn on and off. In some if not all vehicles there is a single relay that will prevent your car from starting. In my Jetta, I could pull one out, and the car could turn over upon turning the key, but it would never fully start. If you can identify this relay, it's a great anti-theft option. And anyone trying to start your car will just think it has a bad starter and make a fuck ton of noise continuously turning it over. They may not even realize it's because of a missing relay.
Seriously, those wheels do not go with that ride...like at all

There is some arguing exactly what Loli means, but the word comes from the title of a classic novel, "Lolita" about a man who abuses an underage girl, and from the Japanese word "Lolicon" derived from that title meant to literally mean "someone who is sexually attracted to underage kids" - meant as a condemnation. I could get further into etymology and why I hate that use of the word being as "acceptable" as it is, but the main point is that in its original usage was meant to refer to a prepubescent or early pubescent child.
Meh, the meanings of words change as language evolves. All that matters is that the meaning of a word becomes widely accepted enough to be understood by most people. Whether people like it or not isn't really a factor.

That one I have less of a problem with, because the fashion trend has little-to-nothing to do with the sexual power dynamic that the use of the of the word has when describing children. I'm still not a huge fan of the term, but since it doesn't suggest an inappropriate relationship I can be more accepting of it.

When taken in the context as "literally no one" sure.. when taken in the context of meaning "I doubt many other people have heard of it" in exaggerated form, it becomes a bit more plausible, especially because Cowboy Bebop is relatively old.

Not necessarily. I tend to get annoyed at fanservice directed at straight guys (like myself) because I usually see it as mildly insulting. In most cases, I feel like they think they can just throw some T&A at me instead of putting in the effort to make something good. Gurren Lagann was really enjoyable despite that, although I did get mildly annoyed at the more blatant fanservice scenes.
