Does having a different political opinion really isolate people so much? I mean, I had very liberal views in a small conservative town so most of my friends were conservative and it didn't really matter. But that's just personal experience and I can't say the same holds true for everyone.

That's because you probably have some semblance of good manners and know that it's rude to ambush people in social settings with an argument. Different political beliefs only really isolate people if you can't stop talking them around people who don't share them.
I'm very liberal, too, and I just don't bring up contentious issues around my conservative Trump-supporter family because I know it wouldn't be productive... somehow our differences don't cause any problems.
I guess both parties already have enough creepy members who have strange tastes and a yen for younger people. Usually they're called Senator and Congressman.

I wish this dude would be more specific when referring to his, "conservative philosophy." I can't imagine his fellow bronys giving a fuck if he supports fiscally conservative policies, or if he supports gun ownership rights, or even if he is a full on gun nut that thinks we should regulate full auto weapons the same way we regulate shotguns. None of that would contradict the brony beliefs that he himself outlined.
However, if he's saying shit like, "We need to exterminate the Muslims," or "gays should not be allowed to adopt children because the bible says so," I can totally understand why bronys would reject him. Those kind of beliefs are far from being, "loving and tolerant." I imagine he was preaching something along those lines on a brony forum.

Victoria II jokes, it's a strategy game set in the 1800's, and the political parties have different benefits. Conservatives are good for the smaller economies but bad for social reforms, Liberals are good for big economies and good for some reforms, nationalists are hyped-up conservatives, etc. The anarcho-liberals basically spell doom for any nation that has them in power: you can't enact reforms and you have no control over your economy, and you can't really fund your military. As for the liquor, well, Victoria II seems to think that it was liquor, not steel, that drove the industrial revolution. It's a fun but complex game, look it up sometime.

Users like /r/Saint947 are actually great humanists and liberals. They sacrifice their public image in order to make normal people see Republicans as paranoid, deluded maniacs. They are in fact the purest and most admirable form of false flag I've ever seen, and probably the Democrat party's strongest weapon.

You're just trying to find attacks on, "Republicanism," to the point that you're seeing the boogeyman under your bed now. If this is a false flag, it's a terribly ineffective one. If you're looking at it from that perspective, the only point it makes is, "Even though most bronies are democrats, some are republicans who try too hard to bring politics into everything." Yeah, the guy looks like a loser and a bit of an asshole, but if you were going to pretend to be a republican for the sake of disparaging them on the internet, you'd want to make a bit of a stronger point against them. You might want to keep it a little subtle so as not to arouse suspicion, but people regularly believe that republicans with absolutely insane beliefs on the internet are serious, so why wouldn't you push this post a little farther?

Lol I did not say that republicans are insane. I said that a person claiming to be a republican saying absolutely insane shit will usually be taken seriously by people on the internet. Reading comprehension bro, you need some. Well, literally I said, "people regularly believe that republicans with absolutely insane beliefs on the internet are serious," because I didn't want to leave out the actual republicans with insane beliefs, but I was mainly referring to the actual, "false flags," as you call them. Truthfully, there are crazy extremists on both sides of the aisle. But I never said, "republicans are insane," because that implies that all of them are.
