I think he is the dad. He looks like he's in his early-40s. Sometimes when people accidentally end up parents in their teens or early-20s, they do some pretty irresponsible shit. That's how they got there in the first place, am I right?
They're referring to the guy shooting the video, but even then my parents refer to each other as "mom" and "dad" when speaking to me. If my dad is speaking to me he doesn't say "Your mom is going to the grocery, do you need anything?"

That's funny cause the day I punched my brother as hard as I could in the back and it actually phased him, no more getting beat up. He's 7 years older than me so he was proud of my feat. Noogies are still in of course... Love my brother never got in a serious argument with him my whole life.
Yeah man, me my little bro used to fight like crazy, we really despised each other. But we were two years apart so the sibling rivalry was very strong. But now hes the closest friend i have.
