Quick question: I can't seem to figure out what the innkeeper is actually saying at the welcome screen when he says something like "That's a big flippin' marble!" Could someone clear that up for me? And if I'm right, what does it mean? Thanks

I realized only a few weeks ago that he was saying the rarity of cards when you open packs, and not "reaah", "eeeeepp", or "HEEEEEEE!!". And "GOOOOH" once in a while.

Exactly! That is what I heard too but not too clear because English is not my first language. On Hearthstone Wiki they say the quote is actually "This big city is marvelous!" probably referring to Gadgetzan.

On top of what u/forgot_again said, he also tends to stop using certain quotes once they do not fit with the theme of the newest expansion. There were a lot of "freezing-cold" themed quotes introduced around Naxx. They got rid of those in favor of the Old Gods' ones. Then the party ones for Kara, followed by the new burgling/ big city theme.
