Alright you fellow heathens. I've written an article and published it to the world. It's published under my real name, so now you all know who I am. I'm okay with it. I appreciate this community helping me through my faith transition. I love the community, I'd be honored if you all would read it (warning - it's long).

Not sure if you are aware but Dieter ripped off that whole โdoubt your doubts before you doubt your faithโ principle from an an evangelist who used it many years earlier.
Nothing about Mormonism is genuine.

How you described your thoughts and feelings during your transition rings very true to me. It's good to know I'm definitely not the only one who thoughts those things about myself.

You just wrote every thought and feeling Iโve had over the last few years. My wife knows I doubt but doesnโt know why. Iโm at that point trying to decide whether I leave and lose so much or stay and feel lost myself. Thanks for helping me not feel alone. I hope things have worked out with your wife and children.

Thank you for the feedback and the kind words. Things have gone well with my family. My wife has continued to love and support me. Sheโs subsequently gone through her own faith crisis and is handling it well.
Our kids have been great and continue to love and support me as well. Iโm hopeful theyโll all see the truth eventually, but the decision is ultimately their own.
