I find this so frustrating. I have made leaps and bounds with my parents and family as far as my being gay and bringing around my girlfriend go. They are friendly with her and actually openly enjoy her company. I'm hoping to ask her to marry me in a relatively short time, and I want my parents to be involved in the wedding. I feel like they would like to, but every time one of these fucks comes out and reiterates the anti gay marriage stance, I feel like it makes them feel more conflicted again. I don't want them to feel weird to guilty about my marriage to the woman I love.

I showed this to my 9yo boy who thought it was hilarious. To help him really appreciate it I explained the history of polygamy in the church, which caused my son to say, "gross" and my TBM wife to start screaming.
