This should be a priest card.
It doesn't even activate Shatter, dammit.
This card is overcosted. It's pretty much a worse frostbolt that can't target champions heroes.
1 mana might not even be that overpowered.
In warrior I'd put this at 2 mana.
That would still make it infinitely worse than Slam.
1 mana would really be okay since you can't target your own minions either which is always a benefit for warrior tbh.

Might as well make it able to target friendly minions too, just so you can make a patron with it if you really need to.
