I made this post just to test if the mods were active. Surprise surprise, nothing. Even after 150 upvotes. The mods don't give a shit about anything, thus fake content runs fucking wild. That sub is a literal karma farm.

So people make formulaic fake stories and in exchange get karma and possibly gold, and then some asshats read them off in a monotone voice and get money in exchange.

Side note, fuck all those channels, they're lazy as shit. The only good one is Sorrow TV and that's cause he's a genuinely fantastic voice actor.

I feel like most of the ones that don't involve karmic retribution are probably true because that has been my experience over and over in life: Assholes mistreat reasonable people with almost total impunity.

irl assholes (usually) don't get punished because they were shitty to reasonable people, they only have to suffer consequences when they run into another asshole.

That being said, I am subscribed to all of those subs and read them religiously because I am just a sucker for drama. guiltyshrug

One of the stories i read was a girl breaking her arm in an "accident" and the shithead going unpunished.
Totally realistic.

They almost never get anything in return for hurting people. I mean if someone was an asshole all their life they are pretty experienced already in how to win.

So a bit of background, I’m 26 and kind of tall, around 85 feet.

Anyways, I got the train and pulled out my laptop, and decided to play some Yoshis Island. Then EP and EK walk up and sit down the row behind me. EK kept trying to watch me play the game but YI is kind of violent, so I turned away from him so he wouldn’t be able to see it as well.

I hear him whisper to his father and then EP grabs my shoulder.

“Hey, can my kid play your game for a bit?”

“No.”

“That’s stupid, just let him play for a bit.”

“Sorry, my answer is still no.”

EP then decides to brutally assault me.

Suddenly a man walks up to EP and pulls out a badge.

“Sir, I must ask you to stop”

Turns out it was the Commander in Chief of the US military.

EP was then arrested for assault, and they also found out that he was not in fact EP, but it was I, Dio!

After that I was given free train rides for a year, and was also given two personal body guards.

Update: One of my bodyguards died in a steam roller accident. But he’s been replaced.

Sometimes the background noise is nice, or you're not exactly up to reading everything yourself. I do tend to prefer an actual person reading stuff out, but Comment Awards covers specific threads, not subreddits.
