Iโve had two negative run ins with black guys who desperately wanted to start a fight for some reason but I donโt think thatโs indicative of a whole race. The black college students who are on social media seem overly entitled but so do most of the vocal college age kids and most probably people wouldโve said the same about my age group if social media was more of a thing then. The black people Iโve worked with or know to talk to all hate the gangster culture thatโs promoted and have been at pains to point that out (not that they should have to explain themselves if their actions arenโt anything to do with that kind of thing).
How old were the people who got on the bus? You sure that a group of white girls that age wouldnโt be as loud?
People from all groups online are usually the most extreme as theyโre the voices that people point to. A reasonable comment isnโt going to get as much attention as some insane rambling. Donโt let people posting more extreme positions online colour your real life interactions. Most people are ok and couldnโt care less about you one way or another they just want to keep their head down and spend time with people they care about and do what they can to get by. Most people donโt want to make your life worse.
The only logical position is to treat people as individuals and not as a group as Iโm sure you wouldnโt want to be judged by the worst of whatever social group you belong.

Poverty may breed crime, but it's rather disproportionate. Cultural factors definitely play a role, but it wouldn't matter if they were any race, just that as a race, they happened to create that culture.

It doesn't help that a legal system with entrenched anti-black biases still exists in many places (looking at YOU Alabama), and existed explicitly until constitutional amendments arose in the 1960s.
My gf is in law school and brought up one case of the death penalty in the 1980s where a white guy falsely accused a black man of murder. The black man was at a home bbq with 12+ witnesses at the time, and was rebuilding the transmission of the "getaway car" in his driveway with his father. A white guy came to collect a credit payment on furniture and reported seeing him as well. The false accuser then said he wouldn't lie on the stand, but was then compelled by police to do so when he wanted a way off death row. This was in Alabama.
When the black man's lawyer motioned to move the case to a different county to secure a racially diverse jury, they moved to the only county with a largely white (9% black) population because they KNEW they'd secure a death sentence - and did so in 1 day. This happened in the mid 1980s! I can only imagine this shit still goes on all over the place, even if it isn't as obvious.

But there are more poor whites in the us than blacks but blacks commit more crime so it can't just be poverty (or slavery) It's about time people stopped excusing people for their shitty lifestyle choices. You would think the best way out of poverty would be to get a good education and thus a decent job, but for some reason being poor makes you drop out of school more than another type of poor people and poverty also seems to make an awful lot of single parent families. Now i'm not trying to claim that racism doesn't exist but to blame all your communities problems on poverty (and white people as it's obviously white people keeping them down) is not helping the problem whatsoever.

I disagree with you. I grew up in a very sanitized, swear free environment. We didnโt even say fart, butt, or shut up, much less acronyms like WTF or words that were derived from swears, like dang or gosh (derived from damn and God.)
It was MISERABLE. I swear now, and I am much happier, my mental health is better, and itโs easier to express myself because I donโt have to think about censoring myself in every conversation.
Also, youโre right. I canโt ban you. You also canโt ban me. You say you can ban me, but that doesnโt make it the case. You may even believe you can ban me, but itโs still not true.

At my lowest point, I swore occasionally, but I limited myself to โminorโ swears. I realized I enjoyed speaking that way, and realizing that living a life contrary to the things I had been told was rough. It made me feel like my whole life had been terrible for no reason. So I stopped limiting my language at all, renounced my religion, and became happier. When Iโm around my parents and have to pretend to still follow their values (which seem similar to yours) itโs exhausting.

Iโve done that. Up until Iโd say my second semester of college, I used zero swears. It was awful. It was NOT ultimate happiness. And yes, I was briefly a little less happy when I started to be less rigid, but that was not because of my so called sins, it was because I was realizing that I had lived a dull, constructed life that made me unhappy for no reason other than someone told me to. Iโd liken it to pulling out a splinterโ pulling out the splinter might hurt, but after itโs gone you feel so much better. Religion based restrictions on how I could live my life were a splinter.

You have to consider context. I wouldnโt scream anything at anybody. If I were meeting a stranger or an authority figure, of course I would be polite and appropriate. Cursing would be inappropriate there. I could scream โbeef jerkyโ and it would also be unprofessional.
In the right context, swear words can add to a conversation. You donโt believe there is any appropriate context to swears, I know. I disagree.
As for โwholesome talk only,โ I think intent is much more important. If I met a friend I hadnโt seen in a long time and they said โbuddy, I missed you so fucking much!โ that would make me happy. Not only did they say they missed me, they did it emphatically and in a way that indicated they were comfortable being emotional with me. If they said โI wish you werenโt here because youโre annoying and I hate your face,โ that would make me sad, because though it didnโt have swears, it was a mean and hurtful thing to say.

Process that swear, and you literally have no choice in the matter. I disagree. Firstly, I disagree because I believe intent matters a great deal. Secondly, a vegan smelling meat, technically, has to inhale meat particles and have them bind to odor receptors in the nose. It would still be unreasonable to ban eating meat in public because a vegan might have to process some. If the vegan is so against it, then the onus is on the vegan to avoid situations in which meat might be eaten. Similarly, if curse words are so offensive to you that you believe anyone using them in your presence (Not at you) is hateful, then the internet might not be the place for you.
You canโt ask others to alter their behavior for you, if their behavior isnโt about you. Hunting down and force feeding a vegan is very different than inadvertently exposing them to meat through your normal day-to-day activities.

The dinosaurs lived over sixty million years ago. We can tell based on how deeply buried their fossils are and through carbon dating. The dinosaurs support an old earth, not a young earth.

I do not accept that source. It is not a scientific source. Were your theory about the young earth scientifically valid, it would have multiple sources of evidence.
Also, I would not accept any sort of relationship with someone who set out to trick me. That person would be deceptive, and I do not like deceptive people. If your god tricks us, I reject him.

Right, but George Washington swore on the Bible and that was what gave America it's initial power. Not every single president has to do it, but once in a while they have to because the power levels would go down with time. This is written into the constitution and is mere tradition.

The Bible technically says those words, but the Bible was written by the finger of God and he does a lot of things we can't do like smiting people. So when he uses the D-word he is doing it in his infinite wisdom, and humans do not have infinite wisdom, therefore we can NEVER use the D-word.

The King James version of the Bible was written by the finger of God, not Paul himself. This has been proven time and again by the best archaeologists in the world and at this point is no longer up for debate to reasonable people who accept reality.
And God can't sin. I see how you would be confused because his finger wrote what appears to be dirty harmful swears to the untrained eye. Please keep in mind that it is the LORD writing them, and he works in mysterious ways.

The King James Version of the Bible was a translation commissioned by King James to distance the newly formed Church of England from the Puritan churchโs doctrine. The translators were given instructions to make sure that their translation upheld political views of the time.
I do not believe the Bible was written by a god. Parts of it were written by Bronze Age tribes in the Middle East, and other parts were written in the latter years of the Roman Empire by a then-minority religion trying to distinguish themselves from the polytheistic doctrines of the time. Please show me the papers from these โbest archaeologists,โ as well as the archaeologistsโ credentials.
While youโre at it, you still havenโt shown me where in the Constitution it says that America gets its power from the President swearing on a specific bible translation. The entire text of the Constitution is accessible online, so it should t be hard for you to find.
