Well if they're actually mentally ill, then yeah. Usually these types of things involve taking on the identity of someone important or famous as a form of a delusion of grandeur, but not always.
There are people who genuinely suffer from DID and other related disorders who believe that they're completely fictitious but anachronistic personas like a random runaway slave or a farmer or soldier from the Middle Ages. It's just less fantastical, so you don't hear about it as much, and people faking the disorder don't copy it.

Hamilton attracts the most chromosomal fans because there's a lot of black people in it, so if there are black people, that means it's great and deserves attention because Tumblr. If they sincerely believed this to be true (and acted on it in a way that demonstrated credible threat to their own or the well-being of others), their family (or anyone who knows them) could have them committed to a mental health treatment facility against their will and held there indefinitely pending result of treatment.
All they have to do is make one threat like "I'm non-violent but x personality is going to kill you when he comes out," and blogs like this are literally sufficient cause for indefinite confinement.

Eh. I mean to be fair their is evidence that exists that suggests that Hamilton may have been romantically interested in Lauren's but the majority of their letters have been censored by Hamilton's grandson and son in order to preserve his legacy. Many historians agree that there was something between them. Even if most likely unrequited. You should read up on it. It's fairly interesting.

Everybody on Tumblr is obsessed with this musical called Hamilton (yes, they made a musical about the story of Alexander Hamilton), so now this person and apparently others believe that they are historical figures because of this musical. Hamilton attracts the most chromosomal fans because there's a lot of black people in it, so if there are black people, that means it's great and deserves attention because Tumblr. (Also, that "spoons" bullshit is an autistic thing so the person in the pic is saying that they're genuinely autistic, which I feel explains a lot).
