Though I do agree that rape isn't sex, its less about power and more about violence. Holding a position of power over someone is not rape, and if someone kisses you you can back away. If you back away or tell them to stop and they don't, that is sexual harassment, not rape.
I agree with feminists that we should change the definition of rape to be more inclusive of situations out side of vaginal penetration, but this is far too extreme.

Though I do agree that rape isn't sex, its less about power and more about violence. Holding a position of power over someone is not rape, and if someone kisses you you can back away. If you back away or tell them to stop and they don't, that is sexual harassment, not rape.
I agree with feminists that we should change the definition of rape to be more inclusive of situations out side of vaginal penetration, but this is far too extreme.

Rape is forced penetration which falls under sexual assault. Forcing a kiss or groping isn't rape, that would be sexual assault.

I understand that, but men are raped and they don't have vaginas to penetrate, which is why the definition should be changed. Any sort of forced sexual act should be considered rape. Not kissing.
