When they started bringing up russia, I thought it was a last ditch effort to sway the retards back to the democratic side using russia as a boogeyman, not a long term plan to try to start another cold war. Everyone laughed at Romney when he said russia was a threat in 2012 because its a fucking joke. The cold war is over. We beat them with capitalism and hamburgers. This is also not his first plane either. If I recall correctly he even chartered his plane to pick up soldiers stranded for the first gulf war. I don't think he bought it for a campaign specifically. Unless you check his interview with Oprah from the 90s.

The dude campaigned harder than I've ever seen anyone campaign in my lifetime. Every single day multiple rallies and appearances taking barely any breaks at all; is that the behavior of someone who doesn't want to win? I've got the audiobook and I'm about halfway through. The book so far isn't as damning as it was being reported to be - it mostly contradicts itself, like by saying DJT didn't want to be president and then later points out how he's older and yet went double-hard campaigning, put so many millions of his own money into the campaign, still tries to run with the Russia narrative, etc. It ignores issues that have been proven false in a way that will appeal to SJWs who don't even know what's going on. I wanted to see if Bannon did something wrong but so far nothing. Mostly it's Kushner up to fuckery and frankly I believe it. I didn't vote for Kushner and I don't like his slant. According to this book, Kushner's the one who brought in all the Goldman Sachs; I'd wondered how that happened but then again this book doesn't have facts so who knows. The main theme of the book seems to be that the POTUS is literally retarded and if disaster hasn't happened yet, it's by accident. It ignores entirely any political achievements and fails to reconcile how mentally deficient persons become self-made billionaires. It points out POTUS's and his group's lack of experience in D.C. as if that's a bad thing - like not being beholden to old swamp rat dirtbags isn't an advantage. I'd say yes this is a troll, I just don't know why POTUS is even referring to the book because it's just dumb (so far) and not damaging. It gives a lot of credit to Bannon but there're better books that have done that already and they got no air.

I mean, I get it, some of the accusations of "He doesn't do that part" could be credible. But part of leadership is delegating to more specialised and capable subordinates. At work I let the warehouse workers unload the lorries, because they're a million times better at operating forklifts than I am, and I don't doubt that Trump, for example, lets Mattis take charge on issues of strategy. Trump's role as leader there is less "I know better than the military" and more "This general is dependable and intelligent, and should be able to win wars for me", which is as it should be. Political leaders meddling in military matters is what makes your country focus on building fuel-guzzling megaweapons that can't even cross bridges when what you really need is a road-laying machine that can drive through mud and ice.

Not an Obama fan, but the economy was a total turd in January of 2009. The auto bankruptcies hit in June. The thing libs don't get is that business didn't really trust Obama and his constant talking down and low expectations hurt the economy. Trump walked into a compressed spring and once he loosened the clamps, it popped, just like is normal for a recovery after a recession. Obama just doesn't understand what a drag he imposed on the economy.
Obama knew what was going on. He attacked business, told us that we didnโt build that, we needed to spread the wealth around.
Add tons of new regulations, executive orders effectively killing industry and you have economic malaise.
The election of Trump created and freed new economic optimism that we are experiencing. Had Hildebeast been elected, it would have been more of obamanomics and a stifled economy.
I agree in large part, but I don't think leftists understand basic economics. They have reasonably high IQs and Obama is a very smart guy, but he is totally economically illiterate. He's never had a real job and he buys into the BS colleges peddle because he peddled it himself. A big problem with economic leftists is that they are too smart for their own good - there are oftentimes inefficiencies in markets and I'm not a total libertarian or anything so I agree, let's try to cure those, but economic leftists think they are infinitely wiser than markets so you wind up with heavy handed nonsense that just doesn't work in the big picture. That's how you end up with crap like "Derp, let's just have the government underwrite a virtually unlimited amount of student loans" and then total shock when the price of college goes up 3x faster than inflation.

I canโt remember where I saw it but there was an interview with someone in his family that was talking about it. Apparently he had been preparing to run for a long time and the way that family member knew he was dropping the hammer on running, was when he bought that plane.
So, he may have had it for some time, but the direct intent of the purchase was preparing for and running in the campaign.

I've got the audiobook and I'm about halfway through. The book so far isn't as damning as it was being reported to be - it mostly contradicts itself, like by saying DJT didn't want to be president and then later points out how he's older and yet went double-hard campaigning, put so many millions of his own money into the campaign, still tries to run with the Russia narrative, etc. It ignores issues that have been proven false in a way that will appeal to SJWs who don't even know what's going on. I wanted to see if Bannon did something wrong but so far nothing. Mostly it's Kushner up to fuckery and frankly I believe it. I didn't vote for Kushner and I don't like his slant. According to this book, Kushner's the one who brought in all the Goldman Sachs; I'd wondered how that happened but then again this book doesn't have facts so who knows. The main theme of the book seems to be that the POTUS is literally retarded and if disaster hasn't happened yet, it's by accident. It ignores entirely any political achievements and fails to reconcile how mentally deficient persons become self-made billionaires. It points out POTUS's and his group's lack of experience in D.C. as if that's a bad thing - like not being beholden to old swamp rat dirtbags isn't an advantage. I'd say yes this is a troll, I just don't know why POTUS is even referring to the book because it's just dumb (so far) and not damaging. It gives a lot of credit to Bannon but there're better books that have done that already and they got no air.

I mean, I get it, some of the accusations of "He doesn't do that part" could be credible. But part of leadership is delegating to more specialised and capable subordinates. At work I let the warehouse workers unload the lorries, because they're a million times better at operating forklifts than I am, and I don't doubt that Trump, for example, lets Mattis take charge on issues of strategy. Trump's role as leader there is less "I know better than the military" and more "This general is dependable and intelligent, and should be able to win wars for me", which is as it should be. Political leaders meddling in military matters is what makes your country focus on building fuel-guzzling megaweapons that can't even cross bridges when what you really need is a road-laying machine that can drive through mud and ice.

The economic turnaround so far us embarrassing for Obama and should call into question Democrat policy prescriptions when it comes to the economy. Trump is doing the opposite of Obama and the economy is surging. The market is breaking records left and right.

Not an Obama fan, but the economy was a total turd in January of 2009. The auto bankruptcies hit in June. The thing libs don't get is that business didn't really trust Obama and his constant talking down and low expectations hurt the economy. Trump walked into a compressed spring and once he loosened the clamps, it popped, just like is normal for a recovery after a recession. Obama just doesn't understand what a drag he imposed on the economy.

Obama knew what was going on. He attacked business, told us that we didnโt build that, we needed to spread the wealth around.
Add tons of new regulations, executive orders effectively killing industry and you have economic malaise.
The election of Trump created and freed new economic optimism that we are experiencing. Had Hildebeast been elected, it would have been more of obamanomics and a stifled economy.

I agree in large part, but I don't think leftists understand basic economics. They have reasonably high IQs and Obama is a very smart guy, but he is totally economically illiterate. He's never had a real job and he buys into the BS colleges peddle because he peddled it himself. A big problem with economic leftists is that they are too smart for their own good - there are oftentimes inefficiencies in markets and I'm not a total libertarian or anything so I agree, let's try to cure those, but economic leftists think they are infinitely wiser than markets so you wind up with heavy handed nonsense that just doesn't work in the big picture. That's how you end up with crap like "Derp, let's just have the government underwrite a virtually unlimited amount of student loans" and then total shock when the price of college goes up 3x faster than inflation.
