This is a tool I made to make working with command blocks easier.
It utilizes the 1.10 structure block's ability to rotate command blocks while preserving the command inside. It was inspired by the Nudge-Z tool created by /u/brianmcn, which can be seen here.
Brian's design, while a good concept, is limited in that the tool only works linearly in one direction. Prior to 1.10, it was impossible to create a system that works with zig-zags, because command blocks would need to be rotated as well as moved, and until structure blocks this couldn't be done without destroying the command inside.
The system works on any FLAT command chain and supports all colors. It does not support vertical command blocks because structure blocks cannot rotate about the... whichever axis would tilt it vertically. If it detects an infinite loop, a vertical command block, or if it's placed on a non-command block surface, it will instantly abort and make no changes.
Here's the usual easy-install thing. Also, here's a fun fact: You can install it multiple times and it runs faster the more you have installed! It's kind of silly, but it does work, if you're okay having a bunch of command blocks around.
There you go. I hope some of you command block makers can find some use for it. Have a good day!
EDIT: The changes to /tp were reverted with the full release. I updated the pastebin link to accomodate this change; it now works in 1.10. Notice that there is now a "remove" armor stand, which actually does not work yet :P
EDIT: If you got this earlier and found it didn't work with conditionals, it does now. Updated the link.

Holy shit that's genius. Nice work dude, I'll be using this for sure.

Yeah, sorry, this probably wasn't the best demonstration. :)

I'm confused what is going on, could you explain what the tool does exactly and is useful for?

I'm not familiar with the new command block types, can you not manually edit them?
