With this one-click installation command for 1.9, the ender dragon will drop its head when killed by a charged creeper. If it dies by some other method, it will just die as normal.

I think a sword would be much more fitting to the whole slaying-the-dragon theme, perhaps as a rare drop increased with Looting.
