Minecraft OP Permission Level

Hi Mojang, I am Ender_004 and I own a Minecraft 1.8 Vanilla Server. In the current version of Minecarft there are only 4 OP Permission Levels as you know. 1 - Ops can bypass spawn protection. 2 - Ops can use /clear, /difficulty, /effect, /gamemode, /gamerule, /give, and /tp, and can edit command blocks. 3 - Ops can use /ban, /deop, /kick, and /op. 4 - Ops can use /stop. I was thinking as a owner of a server there should be a OP Permission Level 5 which has overall control of every command in the game. 1 - Ops can bypass spawn protection. 2 - Ops can use /clear, /difficulty, /effect, /gamemode, /gamerule, /give, and /tp, and can edit command blocks. 3 - Ops can use /ban, /deop, /kick, and /op. 4 - Ops can use /stop. 5 - Ops can do everything. This would be highly appreciated if put into the next Minecraft update. I am currently OP Permission Level 2 because it has the most commands but OP Permission Level 3 would come in handy as a owner so I can ban people. But I can't be brothed going into the console and switch when ever someone has done something wrong so I can ban them. This would be well appreciated.
