Made some skulls for a bunch of mobs.

Hate to tell you but Mojang made most of these available years ago: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Skull#Mojang_skins
There's no Wither as far as I know though. No "snowman" either.

I think its a wither skull as in the one from skeletons.

I would assume no, as he has a different head model than most mobs.
