Enchanted Horse Armor in Vanilla Minecraft - v2.0!

Hey--Testy McTestHorse and I are going to show you a better version of the enchantable horse armor I made.

The last version used crappy potion effects, which is inaccurate to the enchantments and scarily unethical!

I'll skip straight to the redstone. Here's the clock you've seen a billion times /filling in this strip.

This command sets a "prot" score to 1 of any horse wearing armor enchanted with protection 1. This is repeated for all 4 levels.

This command gives the horse leather boots in its armor slot enchanted with the appropriate protection level. Even though you can't see it, it's providing the enchantment.

I repeated this for every enchantment, using a different armor slot each time, except for enchants that can't stack, like fire protection with regular protection.

Here's a hopper clock that goes off and clears the armor slots of each horse and resets their enchantment scoreboard scores. This just makes it so unequiping armor removes the enchanted boots or whatever.

...and that's the new and improved enchanted armor! With every enchantment fully functioning as normal, this is pretty cool! Thanks for checking it out--have the inside of a horse!
