If you want to do it with KH2, Hercule saving Megara could work well. It's literally the same thing, tragic stuff happening while Sora fight right above them.

That something is new Reddit, for some reason links posted by someone using new Reddit breaks links with the _ character, you can tell it's new Reddit because if you go to new Reddit the link works fine

If the scene was real, the moment when the "mother" falls from the tower, this scene happens when Sora, Goofy and Donald fights with her, so they should hear all the battle xDDDDD
In Kingdom Hearts 3, when Mother Gothel falls from the Tower, Marluxia turns her into a Heartless and then Sora and co. have to fight her. Since the scene of Rapunzel trying to save Eugene comes after her cloak hits the ground, that means the boss fight against said Heartless would logically have been happening at the same time.
Sure have and thanks for your great advice. Donโt go much on KH3 though and havenโt touched it since release. Big disappointment for me unfortunately.

I swear in an interview someone working at Pixar who helped oversee the pixar worlds in KH3 said that the Monsters Inc and Toy Story worlds are actually canon to the Pixar movie's universe.
I hope this is still the case and we'll get an episode of 'Monsters at Work' where they reference it
Fun fact, according to...I think the big dog himself at square, anything that happens in the game that doesn't directly contradict the movies that they deal with is canon.
Toy Story now canonically has a point where the people just vanish and Buzz's laser becomes real.
After the events of Monsters Inc. the bad guy who's name I can't remember attacks again with the help of a child's personal demons.
The lost baymax from big hero 6 canonically comes back as a villain along side some robot cube things.
All canon to the film universes. Take that as you will.

Eh, that's more headcanon than anything. I don't think there's many people who seriously see KH lore as an extension to that of the various movies, and for one's sanity, it's just better to accept KH canon as its own spin on things.

I mean I could write a KH2 fanfiction of Goofy and Donald banging that isn't inconsistent with the events of the game. I can't just suddenly decide that it's canon to KH2. I have no power there!
