Everyone knows the MoM is Sora's dad. Think about it. We never got any kind of reference to Riku or Kairi's parents. Only Sora's mom. Nomura wouldn't give her that single line in KH1 if she wasn't important to the overall story. Nomura loves Star Wars and you can see inspiration from it within KH. He also loves contrived plot BS. Why wouldn't he take the biggest plot twist from Star Wars and put it into KH? We'll get to the end of the next saga and Sora will say how his mom told him his dad died/left when he was young. Then the MoM will reveal that he is Sora's father and that being a keyblade master is in his blood. Sora will say that's impossible then go on to try to change his daddy's heart.

Wait, think about this: MoM. Mom. The Master of Masters is Sora's mom, confirmed! Gotta change the "theory" to include this proof! MoM was always watching over Sora to make sure he grew up into the keyblade wielder he was destined to be!
All jokes aside, I agree that the MoM should be his own character with no relation to characters outside of the fortellers and Luxu. Unfortunately, the Sora's dad thing isn't impossible, especially with how Nomura likes to connect everybody. I really hope that isn't the case, though.

I'll be honest. Every scripted fight event, 90% of the kill shots are stolen by Goofy, 6% Donald, 2% Ever After's finale and 2% me actually doing something. Goofy was definitely hyuking shit up.
