i had lotr the two towers theme tune on, and the lighting the beacons music started, as the lights went green, that then lead me onto the 50mph road, and there were a couple of hills that fit so well with the swelling of the music.
Oh yeah! Daft Punk is excellent. I'm a huge fan of "Robot Rock" and most of their three original albums. I like the stuff they have been doing with The Weekend lately too. Though, I wouldn't consider DP to be a house group. I would consider them straight electronica or maybe even IDM.
I Got U is my absolute favorite of his and probably one of my favorite tracks of all time which is funny because while I really enjoy house, it's not one of my top 3 genres I listen to
with that being said, I Got U is such a feel-good track. it reminds me of warmer, long days and hanging out with friends
Yeah that song was the anthem of my first year of uni, it came out around exam time so all the post exam summer barbecues at my mates houses had that song in the background. It still gets me all nostalgic every time I hear it
