In 2009 some local journal posted the news with a "pic" of the "Perro Nina", after ppl discover it's a sculpture made by Patricia Piccinini.
Uner tan syndrome is only know in two familys in turkey, and they can't move that fast, they are slow.
Some ppl sayed raised by dogs too, but short hair, clean body, no scars, probally bullshit too.

Well it seems to be two different cases, the first one in 2009 was in Veracruz and this one was in Tamaulipas, too far from each other.
Well at the moment we only have the video and location, no more extra information but at how things in Mexico are it wouldn’t be a surprise if this girl have Uner tan syndrome or if she is a homeless or a locked up girl.
Here are a lot of cases of Lepra (officially is eradicated) and if you have it it’s very hard to find help because the hospitals can’t treat you because they don’t have any medication because it’s “eradicated”.
Same thing happens with a lot of people with severe mental illness. When I was a kid we used to know one “department”, that was just a room besides the main house, like an independent room. There was locked up an old man, he was clearly mentally ill, and every time you passed he would scream and smash his door like a mad dog. Later when I grew more I hear the mother of the man saying that he was crazy and helpless so it was all she can do. She used to gave him food and clean his room sometimes.
Also there is a lot of homeless people without the proper canalization. It’s what it’s here in Mexico. So I would not be surprised if this one is one of those many cases of people like the man I just told. At least that would explain the short hair and the “good conditions”. I bet she managed to get out of her house somehow and was captured by those security camera.
Edit: About the sculpture it is clearly and obvious for mexicans that the newspaper just searches in google “niña perro” and put the first or most impactful photo they could find. As we can ser they just show a photo from the sculpture but not from that sculpture in the place where she was supposed to be kept.
Omg I live in the border town next to Tamaulipas and I go over there every weekend since I was a child. Before all the military and cartels constantly fighting, there were very weird things going on over there. Like reports of weird creatures being spotted and several neighborhoods in a panic in the 90s. Most houses over there have concrete fences surrounding homes.

In American Football, Olympic Style Wrestling and Rugby training, we call this the “Bear Crawl” (or did in Texas) and we would run laps around the track or field like this to strengthen our shoulders and become accustomed to maintaining balance in odd positions.
100 yards in 14 seconds was the fastest one teammate could do. Don’t underestimate someone that walks like that daily, they are probably a lot more agile than you would expect.

At that short a distance the difference of a tenth of a second can be the difference between a full ride scholarship and never being heard of.
As an example, an 18 year old kid set a state record of 9.98 in the 100m sprint; the current world record is 9.58. That’s tenths of a second.
Meaning a Highschool kid would only be about 2 meters behind Usain Bolt at the finish of that race. It is not a far distance, not a big difference in time.
That’s only 0.4 of a second between a world record, and some kid.
It’s all relative.
However, we digressed from the point of my original response, which was to say that you shouldn’t underestimate someone just because they walk around on all four limbs, they will be quicker than you might think.
We used to do these during roller derby practice as well. Some people are just good at it, and I’d imagine anyone spending a lot of time doing this could get pretty damn fast.

From everything I gather, Noam Chomsky never was apart of this. His work in linguistics was applied by researchers in their study of the little girl. Chomsky never worked with Genie. Chomsky is a prominent linguists and his work is very influential in that field.

I saw a documentary about feral children, one of whom was Oksana, a girl who'd been raised by dogs in Russia because her parents were drunks. She didn't have Uner Tan Syndrome, but she did run on all fours and could bark and howl like a dog. Apparently Russia has the highest concentration of feral children, rare as that is, due to alcoholic parents not caring for their children. Tragic!

She’s is called “niña perro” = Dog girl. The first time she was talked about was in 2009, When people started taking about a female who was acting like a dog. According to the link back in 09 she was 14.

Here's a logical explanation; she may be suffering from Clinical Lycanthropy that's right, there's a real mental disorder that causes the victim to believe they're an animal.
There was a case of a naked man running like this, either caught & ate a chunk of a deer or found it & ate some of it, then ran back into the woods. Of course no idea if that particular case was true as it was a story here on reddit, but it is a real disorder.
Either way, this lady is absolutely terrifying & if I saw her running around like that you best believe I'm grabbing my bat or something to defend myself with.

There was a whole piece on Australian 60 Minutes about a girl that does this. In fact her family had like 6 adult children and they all do it. They think the children got so little attention they never learned to progress from crawling to walking. They gave them physical therapy and some of them walk normally now. But they had clothes on!

Yup,because their developmental stage for higher thinking was never stimulated. The “use it or lose it” for neuron connections for higher cognitive function were never stimulated so they were removed because “unneeded”.
After puberty, nothing you can do. Even if find them before puberty, most of it will not reform or if it does nowhere near to the extent it should/would.

I thought it was a well known video, but I can see it’s just the case in Mexico. This girl was first saw in 2009 when she was 14 (can’t find any video, it seems that she was known by the people around the city). In 2009 some local journal posted the news with a "pic" of the "Perro Nina", after ppl discover it's a sculpture made by Patricia Piccinini.
Uner tan syndrome is only know in two familys in turkey, and they can't move that fast, they are slow.
Some ppl sayed raised by dogs too, but short hair, clean body, no scars, probally bullshit too.

Well it seems to be two different cases, the first one in 2009 was in Veracruz and this one was in Tamaulipas, too far from each other.
Well at the moment we only have the video and location, no more extra information but at how things in Mexico are it wouldn’t be a surprise if this girl have Uner tan syndrome or if she is a homeless or a locked up girl.
Here are a lot of cases of Lepra (officially is eradicated) and if you have it it’s very hard to find help because the hospitals can’t treat you because they don’t have any medication because it’s “eradicated”.
Same thing happens with a lot of people with severe mental illness. When I was a kid we used to know one “department”, that was just a room besides the main house, like an independent room. There was locked up an old man, he was clearly mentally ill, and every time you passed he would scream and smash his door like a mad dog. Later when I grew more I hear the mother of the man saying that he was crazy and helpless so it was all she can do. She used to gave him food and clean his room sometimes.
Also there is a lot of homeless people without the proper canalization. It’s what it’s here in Mexico. So I would not be surprised if this one is one of those many cases of people like the man I just told. At least that would explain the short hair and the “good conditions”. I bet she managed to get out of her house somehow and was captured by those security camera.
Edit: About the sculpture it is clearly and obvious for mexicans that the newspaper just searches in google “niña perro” and put the first or most impactful photo they could find. As we can ser they just show a photo from the sculpture but not from that sculpture in the place where she was supposed to be kept.

Omg I live in the border town next to Tamaulipas and I go over there every weekend since I was a child. Before all the military and cartels constantly fighting, there were very weird things going on over there. Like reports of weird creatures being spotted and several neighborhoods in a panic in the 90s. Most houses over there have concrete fences surrounding homes.

In American Football, Olympic Style Wrestling and Rugby training, we call this the “Bear Crawl” (or did in Texas) and we would run laps around the track or field like this to strengthen our shoulders and become accustomed to maintaining balance in odd positions.
100 yards in 14 seconds was the fastest one teammate could do. Don’t underestimate someone that walks like that daily, they are probably a lot more agile than you would expect.

Just google searched “bear crawl sprint” the world record is 15.7 seconds, held by Kenichi something, idk the video didn’t give his last name but it’s in the Guinness book.

Nah, probably not.
At that short a distance the difference of a tenth of a second can be the difference between a full ride scholarship and never being heard of.
As an example, an 18 year old kid set a state record of 9.98 in the 100m sprint; the current world record is 9.58. That’s tenths of a second.
Meaning a Highschool kid would only be about 2 meters behind Usain Bolt at the finish of that race. It is not a far distance, not a big difference in time.
That’s only 0.4 of a second between a world record, and some kid.
It’s all relative.
However, we digressed from the point of my original response, which was to say that you shouldn’t underestimate someone just because they walk around on all four limbs, they will be quicker than you might think.

When I was in foster care I read the stories of kids who had it worse than me. "Genie" was one of them and my heart must have broken at least 10 times while reading that book. Everyone let her down. I hope she has love and kindness, too.
The other book I read that was heart wrenching was "When Rabbit Howls" but that was a whole other scenario

I saw a documentary about feral children, one of whom was Oksana, a girl who'd been raised by dogs in Russia because her parents were drunks. She didn't have Uner Tan Syndrome, but she did run on all fours and could bark and howl like a dog. Apparently Russia has the highest concentration of feral children, rare as that is, due to alcoholic parents not caring for their children. Tragic!

These things are creepy pasta's. They weren't "sighted" until after those Rake creepypasta's started going around and the fake trail cam footage, the fake angel footage and that thing in the tree footage. All of which turned out to be hoaxes.
Now everyone is throwing this term at everything they didn't see but want to pretend is a thing like the term Skinwalker or Wendigo. Both of which are completely different from one another and not real cryptids.

Here's a logical explanation; she may be suffering from Clinical Lycanthropy that's right, there's a real mental disorder that causes the victim to believe they're an animal.
There was a case of a naked man running like this, either caught & ate a chunk of a deer or found it & ate some of it, then ran back into the woods. Of course no idea if that particular case was true as it was a story here on reddit, but it is a real disorder.
Either way, this lady is absolutely terrifying & if I saw her running around like that you best believe I'm grabbing my bat or something to defend myself with.
I'm from England & for the most part I'm friendly but if I'm scared & I mean really scared, I turn violent. My primal instinct to beat it to death with a rock takes over.

There was a whole piece on Australian 60 Minutes about a girl that does this. In fact her family had like 6 adult children and they all do it. They think the children got so little attention they never learned to progress from crawling to walking. They gave them physical therapy and some of them walk normally now. But they had clothes on!
