Hearthstone RNN Card Thing MK IV
Someone would probably find some silly combo that this is actually good in.

A card the forces you to play it on the turn you draw it might be interesting - if it was better than this.
If you can somehow manage to have the square root of negative one mana, I think you deserve a 12/12 that summons 2/2s.
The RNN tried balancing Mysterious Challenger, but then gave up and just decided to throw it in a class without secrets.

Charge + Can't Attack is spectacularly useless. So is the inspire ability, for the most part.
And I think this is a good sign the RNN needs some rest.

Mizos Magan fits right into the current power level of shaman cards. Just needs overload 1.

Regarding Egigh, you can go to -1 one mana with overload, so you just lack the square root.

Doesn't Shellbinter as an aura, as opposed to a "gives divine shield when summoned" makes all Murlocs basically immune to damage ?

This was something I noticed as well, and it makes that card insane, since you wouldnt be able to kill any murlocs without hard removal. One defender of argus makes the game almost unwinnable

Shup Spusggil might fit in some gimmicky Floating Watcher deck. Same with Mizos Magan, if it were a warlock card.

Sgogponfeur (the 5 mana 4/3 deathrattle destroy a beast he targeted) could be interesting if it didn't have the word beast, and had the text "Battlecry: Target a minion".
