honestly go to the gym 6 times a week, train till you wanna drop, do a fucking lot of pull ups for a better upper half, even yourself out by training legs 3 times a week, eat extremely well, avoid sugar like its the plague, and eat 3200 calories daily if your metabolism is anything like mine ahaha

I do this "till you wanna drop" but i don't how you are able to go again the next day. My muscle would tear apart. I 100% convinced, that this almost happend. I train with 36kg and do as much as i am physically able to. When it starts to burn i do another ten. I always get to the point of getting goosebumbs and start shivering.

Best way to start tracking your calories is using an app like Lifesum, i used it for about 3 months then dropped it because i just count my calories automatically in my head now, you just sorta know after awhile! Hope this helps!

Progress is always gonna be slow, the sooner you make it a lifestyle and keep your consistency the sooner you will notice the gains
My main advice, eat alot if you are skinny, i mean a fucking lot, workout 5-6 times a week, and i can not stress this enough, Always make time for working out, litterally never make any excuse. You can do it!
I can’t even believe how much of a difference lifting and quitting masturbation has had on my mind and body, I feel the best and look the best I ever have. Keep it up bro!

Make sure you’re atleast giving each body part 2 days of rest, so i rotate a routine of legs, arms, core, back, legs, arms
