Harrison Ford would actually really be a cool character for that. The biggest star in Hollywood who had quite to become a carpenter, doesn't give a fuck and just wants to be high constantly.

Self_enemy · 1 points · Posted at 22:25:40 on June 20, 2016 · (Permalink)

Or have the the cast play different actors and portray how they saw that person. Like have Matt Damon play Jennifer Love Hewitt, have her play Tom Cruise, and so one. I think it would be interesting to hear all of the nagging and childish impersonations of the characters.

Pulp Fiction

It's about a guy who works for an orange juice company. He discovers that the pulp in the juice isn't really pulp, it's a drug that's part of a government conspiracy to keep the people drugged and complacent. He tries to tell the people, but he gets labeled as a conspiracy theorist. He get discovered by the government and, after a 30 minute chase, is forced to drink the OJ. The movie ends with him in line at Best Buy to buy a new game for his XBOX.

Soylent Green (1973) movie was about "a densely overpopulated, starving New York City of the future. NYPD detective Robert Thorn (Charlton Heston) investigates the murder of an executive at rations manufacturer Soylent Corporation." It turns out they put the people into what everyone used as a cheep food source, Soylent Green. The ending was the detective being carried away and seen as a crazy man yelling "SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE! ITS PEOPLE!"

Or so I remember. I haven't watched it in a while.

  • There Will Be Blood is an educational video on the menstrual cycle.

  • Anchorman is the story of a superhero who fights people with his magical anchor, granted to him by Neptune himself.

  • The Hateful Eight is about eight people and their struggle to overcome their anger management issues at group therapy. Gets nominated for an Oscar for best original screenplay, but doesn't win, to the chagrin of many.

  • The Notebook is a horror film about a group of teenagers who find an old occultist's notebook in the floorboards under an abandoned house. However, someone (or something) wants it back, and it's following them...

  • Mad Max is about the protagonist's struggle to continue his daily life after being diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

  • Planes, Trains, and Automobiles would be a little children's educational film on the different kinds of the titular vehicles. Beat out The Hateful Eight for best original screenplay.

  • War of the Worlds is a documentary on Hitler's rise to power, Japanese expansionism, and other causes leading up to WWII.

  • Back to the Future is the story of a stalwart executive whose refusal to adapt to new technology slowly drives his business into the ground.

It's kinda like a chain reaction that begins with the traffic jam, although anything could've set him down the movie's path.

The Lord of the Rings: A psychological horror film that starts off innocently enough. A woman meets and falls deeply in love with a man, and before too long he proposes to her and gives her a glorious ring. Things go south, though when he introduces her to his "family", a group of 6 other women who all seem to look similar to her. To make matters worse, she's been locked into a cabin with the rest of these women, and quickly realizes that they all have the same ring on. Things really get bad when one of the women displeases him by accidentally dropping a tray of bread onto the ground, and he tells her that he can't have that, and must take back her ring. The poor girl screams and cries and begs to keep it, but then we see him taking the ring and leading her outside and behind the nearby woodshed where she's never seen again. The remaining girls finally gather up the courage to run away, and he chases them to a nearby steel mill where he falls off the railing and into a pot of molten steel to his demise. The remaining girls then take their rings off one at a time and cast it into the smelting pot... Or at least, that's what we see. In the stinger, 6 months later, we see the main girl go up to a guy and introduce herself, only... she's wearing the ring.

The Wolf of Wallstreet.

A serial killer slowly begins to pick off all the elite traders on Wallstreet, but makes them look like accidents. One man witnesses one of the murders and spends the film trying to convince the world that he isn't crazy. He finally convinces the media, only to have them idolize the killer as a working man's hero going up against the evils of the banking industry.

The killer, emboldened by the media support and a growing number of supporters, begins to grow bolder in his crusade. In the climax of the movie, he's caught and sent to trial. The credits begin to roll as people riot in the streets and demand his freedom. Just before it cuts to black, a bomb goes off and levels the New York Stock Exchange. The people in the streets go silent and watch in horror as a pillar of smoke rises into the air.

The last shot is the protagonist crying as he watches the news coverage.

Star Wars. Stars are actually sentient beings who use their mass to control the ebb and flow of the universe and how life forms. Bigger stars are trying to bully the Sun because it has created the least advanced sentient life, and we as humans travel across the milky way trying to recruit bigger and more powerful stars to stop other galaxies from ripping ours apart. We encounter other alien races who live harmonically with their stars and have advanced technology so they can actually house themselves inside of their suns and derive energy directly from it's core. Together, we form an alliance to banish the rogue destructive stars to the edge of the universe and task them into expanding it infinitely until the end of time, as punishment for their arrogance. The sequel, Empire Strikes back, revolves around these rogue stars becoming neutron stars, forming a coalition and trying to bring about the collapse of the universe by bringing their entire mass to the center all at once.

Independence Day

Is now a cringey coming-of age movie about 28-year-old Stuart finally committing to moving out of his parents' basement. Stuart has a Fine Arts Degree in History of Cartoon Art, three unpublished graphic novels based on a completely unmemorable super-hero in a dystopian post-apocalyptic steam-punk world based on the Amish, and has worked his way up to an assistant manager position in an off-brand coffee shop (where everyone after 6 months probationary time is an "assistant manager"). Stuart learns the hard way that taking his computer doesn't mean that the internet stays connected when he turns it on in his new place, that no-one will take his clothes from the bedroom floor and wash them, and that the fridge does not magically restock with Diet Pepsi and Pizza Pockets. Stuart also learns that there are girls and bad people in the world, but his mother is no longer hovering over him to protect him from their evil influences.

Deep in an underground ice cave in the south pole, Edward could just taste the future glory he will bask in. After discovering a archeabacterium which had its genetic code made of a simpler sugar structure that was more abundant 3 billion years ago, he finally pinpointed the origin of the species a decade of research later. Ron, on the other hand, was more skeptical about this theory, and was thinking, as he's boringly following Edward, about the hot chocolate he'd be sipping on once they go back home.

But the specimen they found frozen instead, was completely unexpected.
