Double Usernames BUG-2

i already reported the bug that 2 users have the same name but they still join my server and i cant ban them i cant do anything about it and i want to ask if its possibile to change the name of one of them i already saw that another duplicated name (https://de.namemc.com/name/x33) got changed by mojang can you change the name of https://de.namemc.com/name/0_o aswell because he joins my server and i cant do anything just unfair..
