Snooper data is sent unencrypted

The bug

The snooper data being collected by the server and client is sent unencrypted. Since it contains information about the used OS and OS version and used Java version the data should be sent encrypted.

This was reported as WEB bug since the site snoop.minecraft.net does not appear to support an encrypted connection.
