Meaning failed to process. Try again.

I can not log into my minecraft account. When I type in the email and the password pops up saying "Meaning failed to process. Try again." For a while I waited thinking that it was just a temporary error but it is not! Please help! (I have not bought a minecraft yet but I'm going to buy). I made a second account but it does not work either. I was looking for whether others had the same problem as me but nothing was found. Help!
