All ip on my dedicated server is block by api

Hello,

I make this ticket in private because he contain ip address.

Since 24 hours maybe more ?, i can't anymore use your API to get information on my players, like uuid for example, i've the problem "Too many request" but i haven't send too many request, and i have the problem with 3 or 4 IP address on my dedicated server, can you unlock this ip please ?
I have analyze my network with tcpdump and i haven't seen spam or other, i've check log also.

I don't understand how it was possible because 2 ip of 4, never send request.
