minecraft.net/en-us/bugs/ has outdated links for console editions

On https://minecraft.net/en-us/bugs/, all of the links for console editions (Xbox 360/One, Playstation 3/4/Vita) link to the Minecraft Forum sections (example). However, console bugs are now tracked at https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCCE/issues/.
