Minecraft Marketplace Catalog Website Not Displaying Products
I'm sorry if I'm reporting in the wrong place, but, the Marketplace Catalog (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/catalog) is not working properly for me. As shown in the screenshots (the first three on Chrome's desktop browser for Windows)...
1. Under categories such as Skin Packs, clicking the big green Load More button does nothing.
2. When I search with a keyword, nothing shows up.
3. When clicking to view a certain spread of entries (Recently Added, Most Popular, etc) nothing shows up other than the heading text, and a See All link which only returns me to the same list of collections.
4. The web page has no visible content PERIOD, other than the header and footer, when viewed on the latest version of Internet Explorer.
I've disabled ad-blockers, and any browser add-ons that could potentially interfere with the website's display. I've cleared cache/data and restarted the browser. I've also ensured that they're both up-to-date. None of these have remedied the problem.
System specs:
Laptop PC, Windows 8.1 64-bit.
Browsers:
Google Chrome, Version 90.0.4430.72 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Internet Explorer, Version 11.0.9600.19699
Errors Found in Website's Code:
On Chrome browser, by right-clicking on the website and selecting Inspect from the context menu, under the Console tab, there are many errors noted.
One of the warnings:
jsll-4.js:1 Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response https://web.vortex.data.microsoft.com/collect/v1?$mscomCookies=false&ext-javascript-msfpc=%27GUID%3D2527399aa2554141afae0932e9e67f7a%26HASH%3D2527%26LV%3D202104%26V%3D4%26LU%3D1617832908793%27 with MIME type application/json. According to Chrome's link for more details:
"Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) is an algorithm that can identify and block dubious cross-origin resource loads in web browsers before they reach the web page. CORB reduces the risk of leaking sensitive data by keeping it further from cross-origin web pages. In most browsers, it keeps such data out of untrusted script execution contexts. In browsers with Site Isolation, it can keep such data out of untrusted renderer processes entirely, helping even against side channel attacks like Spectre."
This could be part of why Microsoft's assets aren't loading on the Minecraft.net website. The insertion method may not appear secure enough to Chrome's current standards, so maybe the browser is blocking the pipeline.
Errors also include over 20 messages of the following nature, all involving each combination of Market product list types, hitting a 404 on the directory the page script tells it to look for:
/bin/minecraft/productmanagement.promotiondetails.json?locale=en-us:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
/bin/minecraft/productmanagement.productsinfobytype.json?locale=en-us&type=skinpack&limit=20&skip=4:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
/bin/minecraft/productmanagement.categorydata.json?locale=en-us&type=skinpack&category=Most%20Popular%20Minecraft%20Skins&limit=4:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
...Less important and not quite related, but still of note: Minecraft.net's actual 404 error page (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/error/404/) seems to have a "Possibly unhandled rejection" concerning:
https://www.minecraft.net/etc.clientlibs/minecraft/clientlibs/dependencies.7500090c7eea2a5456dff9a8741c854a.js
I hope these issues can be addressed, not only as a Minecraft user who wants to check out what's for sale from my PC, but also for the sake of Mojang's and Microsoft's business relationship. Wouldn't want potential profits to be missed out on due to disharmony between the elements of Minecraft's website, and those of Microsoft. That would hurt ALL of us. Good luck. ![]()

(I've put this message under Private security out of abundance of caution, since I display internal code snippets involving Minecraft.net and Microsoft. My technical knowledge is very piecemeal and self-taught, so I don't know if any of that could clue people into vulnerabilities, so I'm doing this just in case!)
