IGN block for no reason at all

Well, im brazilian, but i speak english too and i was going to change my ign after a few years to a portuguese word called Tranquilo, but suddently i noticed that the website is saying that this ign is already being used, but i checked in namemc and its not.

Then i thought that it could be due to some meaning in another language or something, but well, it does not mean anything bad. It just mean in peace. So, im pretty sure this must be some sort of bug in the website or something.. then im reporting it to you guys so you can tell me if im wrong or if i can take this ign for myself, because i think its a beautiful word that means that im in peace with everything
