Bug issues that need fixing please

Hello, I am having issues with my ps4 mindcraft account and was hoping you could help me. I can no longer access the mindcraft store, it keeps giving me a error -2. Also the main loading screen immediately pops up half way loaded and stays frozen for a good 25 minutes before sending me to the title screen. The freezing screen is also happening on my sisters ps4 as well. Please help we don't know what is going on
